Return policy
At Madison May Boutique, you have the right to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please first contact our customer service team at Info@Madisonmayboutique.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your items.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

A receipt or order confirmation must be included with your return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Some of our products must be shipped back to our warehouse in China.

Exceptions

Worn or damaged items cannot be returned.

Items not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.

For safety and hygiene reasons, E-Liquids cannot be returned unless they were damaged upon arrival.

Lingerie sets and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Instructions for the return:
1. Send us an email to start the return process
2. Please send us the tracking code and the order number by email (without the tracking code and order number, the return cannot be processed and you will not receive a refund).
3. Ensure the package is properly packed.
Please let me know once this has been done. As soon as we receive the return, we will process the refund within 48 hours.
